Based on 295 reviewsDosa Haat in Asansol is widely appreciated for its authentic and diverse vegetarian offerings, particularly its variety of dosas, idlis, and well-balanced sambar and chutneys. Customers frequently commend the restaurant’s pleasant ambiance, highlighting its clean, well-decorated interior with comfortable seating arrangements. The service is often described as prompt and efficient, contributing to a positive dining experience. While the pricing is generally considered reasonable, some patrons suggest rethinking the brand name to better reflect its extensive vegetarian menu beyond just dosas. Minor concerns such as lighting preferences and occasional water supply issues have been noted but do not detract from the overall favorable impression of the establishment.
Best place to have vegetarian food in Asansol. Has better vegetarian option than Durga Foods. Must give a try. The Ambience is great as well! P.S : The Dosa Here is awesome. I like it better than what they have at Park Cafe.
For me dim lighting in a restaurant is a essential thing....food was good....we have tried dosa, idly....sambar was good....chutney includes Peanuts for better thickness... price was reasonably justified....and the service is super quick and they handled each and everyone efficiently.....nice veg restaurant....but they should change their name....cause everyone thinks that they only serve dosa although a nice experience....highly recommended
I enjoy the food.it is a really nice place for vegetarian, the taste was nice and service was also fast.i also like the atmosphere..
Restaurant atmosphere is very nice, well decorated , clean and they have not only large tables also two seat tables. Many types of dosa are available here with large veg manu but little bit of water problem.
I ordered idli through Zomato. The taste was really good and Sambhar, chutney were not top spicy which my family loves. Recommended
Great food and good service, staff behvaiour was also nice. Food was served quickly , no delay to hungry customers . and for the pricing almost everything is under 200rs, at this rate you are getting very good atmoshphere and food parking area is small but good enough for 1 -2 cars or multiple bikes can fit, and place is also clearly visible from road
Tried for the first time and what ambience, veryyy cozy. I'd definitely recommend it. I didn't try a lot of dishes but just Masala dosa and it was pretty good. Edit : so I did try two more dishes. One is the most obvious one Cheese Jini dosa AND can't deny it's worth being special. 9/10 Second is Uttapam which is (6/10) for me. Has good taste but a bit bland or say it's just okayish. Can go for it both though. Thirdly I tried cold coffee, I'm very sceptical about it though bc I like my coffee dark not sweet, so I asked the waiter to put it mildly on sweet and it hit the spot <3 Also I love the orange chutney they serve! Ask the waiter for it if they miss it because sometimes they do....
